Sometimes when a computer isn't working correctly, one can try to get it running by themselves. If you can't get online, one does a power cycle. If one is having printer problems you can go into your system and run a check to try to figure it out. Need to run a virus scan? Easy, just go into your virus protection and click on run scan. But when your computer issues are too complicated to fix on your own that is when it's time to call the experts....
