I heard of Joseph through a word-of-mouth recommendation from a fellow Board member that I respect greatly. After working with Joseph I see why he has such a good reputation. He gets the job done and he is very professional and proficient. He is also easy to work with and explains things very well in plain language. He has installed printers, networks, and has set-up and repaired my laptop, and I have had no problems after his work is completed. When I have the occasional question, he responds quickly to my telephone calls and is happy to provide a quick word of advice.

I had a final exam essay coming up and my computer crashed. I pretty much freaked out. Then I remembered my girl friend told me about this place, Nu Addition. I took my computer there and had it back the same day. My essay was turned in on time.
